If you want to re-issue your ticket go to Oztix Website.

Is the venue 18yrs+? Is it possible to bring my child or someone under the age of 18yrs into the venue if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian?

Due to licensing restrictions no one under the age of 18 is allowed entry into the Prince Bandroom regardless even if they are accompanied by parent or guardian. The exception to this policy is in the event of an underage gig where no alcohol or tobacco will be available for purchase.

QUESTION

Can I refund/exchange my Tickets?

ANSWER

We ask that you carefully choose the show (and night) you are booking tickets as there are no refunds or ticket exchanges available after the payment has been made. You can however change the name of the booking into someone else’s name at the Oztix website. If you are looking to sell a ticket to a sold out event we recommend to post on the Prince Bandroom Facebook Page to say you’re looking for a ticket. Also if you are looking to buy a ticket to a sold out event this has proven popular.
